  2. Yes. You're totally right! I'm just an emotionally fragile person and can't handle anything I see as rude so maybe I am being a little holier-than-thou kind of person but honestly I would suggest saying this: "Vexatron200, instead of tagging onto this post, start your own here: (link)." Sorry if I'm being a little piece of **** but I have no idea how to talk in public 'cause I'm homeschooled. 😕
  3. Before I start, I'd just like people to know that I'm not insulting Shivaxi. He did great work on this modpack, and, honestly, Shivaxi, if you're reading this, I LOVE RLCRAFT. Also, while I may be saying this modpack isn't as impossible as people say it is, I'm CERTAINLY not claiming that it's easy either. It's not. RLCraft is one of the hardest modpacks out there. But how hard is it really? Well, let's think about all the YouTubers who have played RLCraft. First, we'll talk PewDiePie. Whoever doesn't know who that is... has been living under a rock for the past ten years. When PewDiePie started RLCraft, he got flint tools almost immediately. While he did waste a lot of time talking to his "girlfriend", (kid-friendly content? I think not.) Felix still had a pretty good start by the end of the video. Now one of my personal favorites! While this one is most definitely not as well-known as Pewdiepie, ever since he uploaded his 2b2t video, he's been gaining popularity fast, with 422K subscribers in about four months. And, honestly, after Boffy's face reveal, what girl didn't have a crush on him? I certainly do! Boffy began playing RLCraft with TommyInnit. (who, interestingly enough, did a lot of screaming throughout the whole video.) He began with an unforgettable intro about how "hellishly difficult" RLCraft is. Once he began playing, he and TommyInnit got attacked by a Herma almost instantly, and both got the plague. ("That relatable moment when you've both got the plague." HAHAHAHAHAHAH...) Basically, it was about two minutes into the video when they finally got flint knives, and eleven minutes into the video when Boffy got a crafting table. One last YouTuber. I don't really know him that well, but ChosenArchitect is probably the best at RLCraft of the two, considering he had a bed by the end of the video, and iron by the next one. There's really not much to say, but he had purified water as well, and that's certainly further than Boffy or PewDiePie got. Now for my point. After looking at all three of these YouTubers, the differences become clear. Boffy had no idea what he was doing, aside from looking at Shivaxi's tutorial, which pretty much explained nothing. As a result, well... you already heard what happened. PewDiePie, however, stated at the beginning of the video that he had researched RLCraft somewhat before playing, and knew a little about it. He had flint tools and a crafting table way before Boffy. (who never even got a full set of flint tools) Lastly, we have ChosenArchitect. It's quite obvious that he had the most experience of these three YouTubers, and got further than both of them. But what does this all mean? Simple. What makes RLCraft hard isn't the huge amount of mobs it has, or the extremely large amount of complications to health and experience points, (though that certainly plays a part, I'll tell you that,) or even that you can't punch trees! (The most sacrilegious part.) What makes RLCraft so hard is that most people who get this modpack have no experience whatsoever. They don't know that you can't punch trees, they don't know what Feradons or Jousts are, they don't know anything! So it's hard. VERY HARD. So there it is. A little of the hype which RLCraft got, it doesn't deserve. The more you know and the better you get at RLCraft, the easier it is! RLCraft is hard, but with practice, you can beat it. But isn't that how all of life is? Guys, check out the three YouTubers I mentioned! All three of them are talented people, and their RLCraft playlists are certainly entertaining! Looking to learn? Look at ChosenArchitect. Looking to laugh? Boffy will help with that. Looking to hear a lot about fricking and Sven and Minecraft girlfriends and all that craziness? PewDiePie is for you! Big thanks to all three. For all my fellow Minecraft fans out there who are just starting out with RLCraft, I'd recommend watching a whole lot of videos beforehand. I guarantee that you won't die as much. SHIVAXI'S TUTORIAL IS NOT ENOUGH. He was right when he said he was bad a tutorials. (Sorry Shivaxi!)
  4. JaariAtmc, could you try being nicer? Maybe he/she didn't know how to make his/her own thread! Honestly, I know you've been really helpful to both Spixium and me, (you fixed my RlCraft problem, thank you!) but maybe...
  5. JaaruAtmc, I actually take my previous question back. Whatever you did fixed it! Thank you so so much! Now I can play RLCraft to my heart's content. THANK YOU!
  6. A few questions: I installed the updated version of Intel, but did it switch drivers itself, or do I have to do it manually? If so, how? Also, after installing 64bit Java, I don't know how to allocate more RAM. Thanks for all your help.
  7. Thank you! Will do! Okay, I've done it. Just so you know though, I installed RlCraft and uninstalled it multiple times today, not to mention all the times I tried to play it, so I don't know which parts of code go to which instance. (All of that code stuff is mumbo jumbo to me, so I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about) here's the link! https://pastebin.com/0urmHVAg
  8. Alright, there is a serious problem. I've been casting around for ways to play RLCraft (I don't want to use Twitch) and finally stumbled upon Technic. I installed Shivaxi RlCraft, and clicked play. At first it did nothing out of the ordinary, but then, before even loading the startup screen, it simply crashed back onto the launcher with nothing! No crash reports, no anything. I'd really like to play RlCraft, (Dragons, gasp!) so any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
