Your final has an A in every insanely difficult multiple-choice question. I wish for a spaceship.

Killer Of Lawyers starts a new stage in his Technic Pack Forums career by haunting you like a ghost and proving your every word wrong. I wish my little brother didn't feel the need to read whatever text is on the screen as he stares over my shoulder.

The genie doesn't corrupt your wishes because it refuses to grant them. I wish there weren't any idiots on the Internet.

You get the greatest supercomputer ever built, in a box so elegant that the design team couldn't bring themselves to mess it up with input or output ports. Oh, and all the components are fused onto the box's inside surface, so don't even think about cutting it open to change it. I wish for a cookie.

You now know Java. The entire Minecraft community starts bugging you to make their half-baked mod ideas. I wish I had a Wimshurst generator.
-
You get a twig, but a bird steals it to build its nest. I wish for a million dollars; you can always find a way to use money.

Your wish is impossible to corrupt because it is already completely corrupted. I wish we didn't have to deal with idiots anymore.

Dynamic Lights 1.2.4 Installation Issues
planetguy replied to Korpsicle's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
I haven't done it myself, but you might have better luck putting it into modpack.jar. -
You never die, but you age infinitely and spend an eternity bedridden and paralyzed. I wish for Mojang's mod API to be done already!

If you want to generate worlds Tekkit Classic has support for all Bukkit plugins, and no world generation differences except MFR rubber trees which are replaceable with IC2 ones and might be disabled anyway. You can then import the worlds with Multiverse on BukkitForge. Another solution would be to use Mystcraft books to get between worlds but restrict making books that link to new ages. This will probably leave you with lots of junk ages, so it might not be as good a solution.
-
Maybe you didn't get the Tekkit configs uploaded to the server? Everything in the Tekkit zip needs to go on the server.
-
Change your client to use recommended builds or change your server to Tekkit 3.1.3.
-
Yes.
-
It looks like the mods aren't properly installed. Try putting a fresh Tekkit Lite installation on the server.

How do I allow players to use machines in spawn ?

What protection plugin do you use? -
When your client disconnects, it should name the mod versions with something like "IC2 v1.97". Knowing them would be very helpful.
-
You don't need to rename the jar.
-
Your clients and server run different Tekkit versions. 3.1.3 uses later mod versions than 3.1.2, so the two are not compatible. Unless you have changed something in your launcher, your clients are at 3.1.2, so you should probably go grab the 3.1.2 server, delete your existing mods folder in the server you have, and put the 3.1.2 files in. If you are willing to accept some broken features to use newer mod versions, set your client to tekkit 3.1.3 in the options menu.

The bug looks like a wireless redstone issue. For now you could try disabling the wireless remote, and it might be helpful to show this in the WRCBE mod thread.
-
This bug is quite well known and most public servers do not allow black hole bands. Sorry to disappoint some people, but that's the way it is.

I would not be surprised if Workbench turns out to be basically a less-powerful Bukkit copy and not very useful for custom blocks/items/mobs. Forge is probably the best solution for now. Spout's new client and server will, if I understand correctly, be far more powerful and maintainable than Forge. So far the server part is nearing beta and the client hasn't made it to alpha.

The IP you gave is the address of your computer in your home network. No one will be able to log in unless they are on your LAN. You need to port forward your router and give us your external IP address. portforward.com has good port forwarding tutorials and searching "what is my ip" should give you the external IP. -
If you want something that could be achieved sooner, make a machine that will automatically process all your ores. I recommend RedPower and automatic crafting table mk2s if you go for the q-suit machine, cleaning up what BC pipes drop is a full-time job, and not a fun one either.
-
Quantum suit factory? That should keep you busy for a while.
