Sorry couldn't find it, Ill give a quick run through of it now , Download the server rar from technicpack.net unzip it into a folder of your choice, Edit the launch.bat to your preferences (i recommended setting the Xmx and Xms to 1gb to start) Double click launch.bat and theres your server, as for portforwarding each router is different so you will have to check http://portforward.com/ Find your router model on the back of your router then look it up on that site, (Routers On the navigation bar and click Port Forwarding guides) Select the make from the list then the model number, Now find Minecraft server on the list presented to you and therse the guide to port forward your server Hope your understand what im saying im not that good at explaining stuff

My best idea would to be use a plugin like Multiverse and use the command mv import all you have to do is place the world in the server directory http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/multiverse-core/files/23-2-4-ab/

BuildCraft, Its a lag fest, you can disable parts of it to help Also ban world anchors and dimensional anchors but apart from that I run a Intel Xeon 1230 3.4ghz 8gb Ram server with only some items banned ( nothing like redpower just tools and world anchors) and it can run smoothly for 24 hours then it starts to jutter in which we restart it before that happens, We have 50+ people on at all times and 100+ for nearly 6 hours a day and theres practicaly no lag, items dont cause the most lag ive found to stop lag is to smooth plugins out remove hitches etc and to jump on a error as soon as you see it otherwise i suggest banning, World Anchors/Dimensional Anchors Nukes Build Craft ( Only In Extreme As Everything in Buildcraft can be done in redpower with less lag) Also using /stoplag everyone once in a while helps as it removes all drops so stops server getting overloaded with dirt and stone And also we have Nolagg on 3.1.2 doesnt hinder our performance

Thats because it isnt a tekkit server, download the latest tekkit server and double click the launch.bat and it will do it all itself

Yes a world guard patch blocks some of the EE destructive stuff But if your running something like towny or factions i suggest you ban those items all together as people get annoyed when someone tears through the town/base with a morning star ruining there work

i have a permissions file for my server i can give you the section with modifyworld in it in which i have banned pretty much everything that can make your time as owner a miserable time .e.g log on to find spawn destroyed

Because thats the core sphax texture pack, you have to manualy find the Tekkit patches most of them are on the Sphax website
