Nothing does, AFAIK. EE's trans tables have an issue where they don't work in anything but the main overworld.

You should be able to do this with PEX, NoItem, and MultiWorld, but I'm not sure how.

For one thing, don't bump your posts. On the other hand, BuildCraft Version 3.x.xx doesn't work on SMP.

You don't, unless you install the Custom EMC addon.

Guys, the mod is currently stuck on IC2 1.95, and everything is either compatible with 1.97, or requires it, and that's why it's not in. (Believe me, I've tried.)
