  1. If I had the time and inclination, I could probably change the code so that they produce visuals all the time, but I'm not gonna do that. Visual effects and particles are something I'll be looking into in the future, as at the moment, my mod looks pretty boring.
  2. no, because the most diamonds you can get per chunk is 8, and the most chunks you can mine at once is 4, and that goes vert slowly. And to make an exponential quarry system, you need furnaces, autocrafters, and many more blocks besides the quarry. A power flower doesn't need anything to reproduce itself, as the power flower creates the items to make/upgrade a power flower.
  3. Also, quarries are extremely OP, but that's just my opinion. What isn't opinion is that quarries can't exponentially replicate themselves like power flowers or other EMC generation methods can.

The latest java version is java 7 update 7, or 1.7.07 if you go numerically. you also didn't give the bit version of your OS and java, and you completely ignored the EE wiki, the tekkit wiki, the search bar, and google. You are a perfect examle of why the internet is filled with stupid pictures of cats, and inane phrases. Here's a hint, it's because you're stupid, just like the majority of the human race.
  7. Wireless jammer's maybe? On the server I play on, Gavjenks has the entire end dimension covered in wireless jammers to keep endermen away from his house. It looks awesome, but it can be very annoying when you're on a slow computer.
  8. Can you still run the server and lay on it? If so, ignore the error as the console throws severe error measages a lot, even when it is not an issue. If you can't run the server or if people can't join, please provide us with some more details.

  11. The mark 2 ones are the ones made to work with red power. He was saying that they couldn't be automated, which is stupid, as they are called automated crafting tables.
  12. Your research is wrog. The mark 2 automatic crafting table is cabaple of being automated, hence the name automated crafting table mark 2. You need to pull items from the top of the table using a transposer/filter/retriever.
  13. Your welcome. It was a learning experience for me as well, as some of jakj's opinions and biews are very insightful and help to understand the moddinf community much better. I'm trying to get ahold of Sct to do anninterview with him, but he hasn't answered my pm. In the future I'll be doing more interviews, but don't worry, the regular essay style reports will also continue.
  14. You can't click the launcher? Sounds like your problem is either your mouse, or somewhere between your keyboard and chair. I'm gonna assume that your problem exists between your keyboard and your chair.

  16. It is the almost finished headquarters of Quantum Enterprises. And it is mine. I call it... Castle Wolfenstein. (Note: Quantum Enterprises, Castle Wolfenstein, GreenWolf13, and anything else related to Quantum Enterprises is in no way affiliated with the game Castle Wolfenstein.)
  17. Okay, Here are my plans for the castle. I've labeled each tower with a number to make it easier to explain. Tower 1 (large circle one on the left) will be where the main porcessing, sorting, and storage facilities will be. Tower 2 (small square one on the left) will be the executive offices and quarters. Tower 3 (tall, small circle one on the left) will be a transportation hub (teleporters, railcraft railways). Tower 4 (small square one on the right) will be the living quarters. Tower 5 (medium circle on the right) will be contain recration areas and training facilities. Tower 6 (large square one on the right) will be the main factory where nano armor, quantum armor, and several other items are made. The low wall between towers 3 and 4 is where the gate will be.

  23. No. While I may not agree with his actions, Sengir is still a good coder, and I respect him for that. He may have personality issues, but he is not stupid (when it comes to coding). We will never get anywhere if we persist in insulting him. The first step towards forgiveness is tolerance. If we want him (and other modders like him) to wake up and realize that technic isn't an evil blight to the modding community, we need to take the first step.
  24. They will definitely have some shared features. The farming one will provably be the one that relies on core the least, as the only ore I'd include from it is apatite for fertilizer, and even that is iffy. But there will definitely be certain aspects if each mod that can't be used wirhout the other. A farming spell in MageCraft might be more effective when used with Systematic Agriculture.
  25. Exactly. Core would be the only thing required for everything, as it would be responsible for world generation. Then MageCraft would be another module (possibly broken down into sub-modules) with Systematic Agriculture (another mod I am working on, the name is subject to change) and any other mod I make be different modules.
