  1. It would be hard to build a cube on it's side in minecraft. Maybe you could do it with microblocks.
  2. Cool! We get our own band! How thoughtful of you Merchant!
  3. Block textures are (relatively) simple. If you look in the terrain.png for minecraft, you'll see that they have textures for the top, bottom, and sides of each block. If you do create more textures, could you make them slightly higher resolution? They look really good, but they are quite small, and enlarging them causes pixelation.
  4. Those look very nice. Thank you.
  5. Indeed it was. Still, the new forums work pretty well.
  6. Teleport pipes are bugged in smp. You need to have a wooden pipe coming out of them, and a golden pipe connected to that. Refer to the diagram I posted above p.
  7. I'm amazed that he hasn't been kellered yet.
  8. There's also the fact that the new forum system doesn't allow for moderators to temp ban, just keller and permaban.
  9. They wouldn't do that. They would write to you with a very strongly worded letter using proper grammar and punctuation.
  10. Comparing the OP to a spider monkey is insulting to the spider monkeys. Monkeys are very intelligent creatures, and some monkeys have actually been taught to use sign language. I'd say the OP has the intelligence level of a rock.
  11. I already said that in this post.
  12. It would probably be pretty easy to set up a bot that pastes that message into every launcher bug report. If I wanted to, I could probably write the code for it in a few hours.
  13. Do you copy/paste this into every technic launcher bug report, or do you have a bot set up to do it for you?
  14. Make sure that the transmutation lock at the top if the tablet is set to No Lock. If it says matter, it won't let you learn fuel items, and if it says fuel, it won't let you learn matter. To remove the lock, remove all the emc from the tablet.
  15. It was in france. I don't remember the name of the store, but it was a local store, so it probably doesn't matter, as it wouldn't occur in other countries. But my point is that I've seen twinkies for sale in stores in europe. Also, eating a banana won't do. maybe if you take a chocolate donut and fill it with iceing
  16. Liar! I was in europe for vacation this summer, and I saw twinkies for sale in one of the grocery stores.
  17. I don't really know what to say.

  18. This thread was very , very, very dead. Why did you raise it from the dead?
  19. I shouldn't have stayed up coding last night. It's not even 8:30 yet and I want to go to bed.

  20. Bye! Don't let the door hit you in the butt on the way out!
  21. I'll tell you right here, as it will help anybody else who wants to make textures. Saltpeter Crystal: A white crystal. Sulfur Crystal: A yellow crystal. Stele: A dark grey or black knife. think of the texture for the iron knife or the athame in tekkit, and then make it dark grey or black. Alchemical Decoder: It looks a bit like a magnifying glass, but with runes inscribed around the edge, and with green tinted glass. Runestone: A grey stone with runes on it. Mana Infuser: Brownish colored, with purple stars at the corners, and a yellow spiral design on top. Arcane Researcher: Reddish colored, with symbols for each of the elements (fire, water, earth, air) at the corners, and a rune on top. Mana Enchanter: Like a regular enchanting table, but brownish (same color as the Mana Infuser) and with purple stars at the corners. Arcane Enchanter: Like a regular enchantment table, but reddish (same color as the Arcane Researcher) and with black spirals at the corners. Interesting. Is it a forge mod? if so, the forge ore dictionary would allow my mod to use its saltpeter and sulfur, and vice versa. As for the gunpowder recipe, that's how gunpowder was actually made in medieval times, so I just used that. Alchemy may be magic, but it is also a form of proto-science. A lot of the recipes are either based on or the same as they would be in real life.
  22. Thanks. Here's a list of items that aren't simply recoloring a vanilla texture [Don't feel like you are obligated to do these. This is just a list of things that need to be textured.]: Spell Scrolls Alchemist Worktable Saltpeter Crystal Sulfur Crystal Mortar and Pestle Stele Brimstone Alchemical Decoder Runestone Philosopher's Stone Mana Infuser Arcane Researcher Blank Runestone Mana Enchanter Arcane Enchanter This is a list of items that are similar to vanilla textures, but have differences other than recoloring: Spellbook Alchemist Notebook Alchemical Tome Summoner's Codex Artifacts are also something that need to be textured, but I haven't decided what all the artifacts will be yet.
  23. That would be nice. I can't draw to save my life, so if I tried to make any textures, they would end up looking pretty bad. I could probably do the ores, and the lead ingot would be a simple recoloring, and quite a few items would be recoloring, but there are several that would just look terrible if I did them.
  24. Yeah, I figured. I also changed the download link to a paste bin link. What I really need is textures for blocks, otherwise I'll just be using a filler texture from vanilla. A compatibility feature will be the ability to macerate saltpeter crystals and sulfur crystals, along with apatite, to get Nitrate of Potash and phosphate respectively. Of course, the mortar and pestle is much cheaper, since it's just a wooden bowl and a stick. If you have any questions about what any of the ores, minerals, items, spells, familiars, or anything else does, don't hesitate to ask.
