  1. Apparently I'm a kettle.

  2. I think the problem is that he lacks the ability to read. That would explain alot of things.
  3. (emphasis my own) I think it's a secret message saying he is going to hack a mine/minecraft.
  4. Um... I will be very unhappy?
  5. Are you calling me a kettle?
  6. So we can expect it sometime in 2120?
  7. Oh my god. I just laughed so hard that I almost passed out. My god, I love these forums.
  8. I was not "trying to stir up trouble". I thought that forestry was in violation of the Buildcraft license, and tried to point that out.
  9. Well I've heard people call Ketchup Catsup, so maybe he would put Hatsup on it? *Audience groans at terrible pun*
  10. I recently (about 5 minutes ago) remembered why I hate the MC Forums. Let me explain. I was reading the Buildcraft License, and I saw that it required all modifications of Buildcraft to use the same license. Now silly me, thinking that Forestry still required Buildcraft (it's actually a standalone mod now), rushed to go post this fact on the forestry topic on the MC Forums. I then had a bunch of jerks yell "Forestry is stand-alone! Go back to playing tekkit!". When I replied that I didn't know that because I didn't play Forestry, because the author was a douchebag, they said "Insulting people is against the rules" right after using "tekkit player" as an insult. When I tried to reply to this, I screwed up the reply, and found to my dismay that I couldn't use the edit button. When I tried to apologize for messing up the reply, I messed that up too!
  11. Let's list what's wrong with this post, shall we? 1) Wrong section Double post 3) Stating the redundant. If someone wants to join, they will obviously reply here. •You failed to read the rules
  12. You can expect it to come out when people stop asking when it will come out.
  13. I thought of the limiting the amount of HV solars per chunk, but i didn't know if a plugin to do that. Nerfing mass fabs makes these sort if auto UU-matter factories harder, and it also makes quantum more difficult to ontain, making it a little bit more balanced.
  14. Well, if your tossing items to your friend, make sure you toss them to the LEFT, not the right, as the right sude deletes items dropped onto it (NEI feature). I suggest using inventory tweaks (ctrl+clicking, q+clicking, ctrl+shift+clicking, all if these do different things.) Inventory tweaks is already in Tekkit, so don't worry about adding it in.
  15. It said in the part picker what the wattage would most likely be.
  16. The GreenWolf Report: Main Thread can be found here. Welcome to the second GreenWolf Report. Before we start, I'd like to apologize for this report being two days late. I've been very busy lately, but I should have more time to work on the Report now. Next Monday's Report will combine two Reports into one to make up for this one being late. Now, onto the Report! UU-matter can be used to create 36 different items, including most mob drops, and many hard to obtain materials. Source UU-matter can also be used to increase UU-matter production, by using it to auto-craft HV Solar Arrays, according to the exponential function XY=1, where X equals time needed to make one HV Solar Array, and Y equals the number if HV Solar Arrays. For a more in-depth look at the math behind this, go here. So while the exponential growth of UU-matter takes longer to get started than the exponential growth of Equivalent Exchange 2 "Power Flowers", once it gets rolling, it can be just as fast as a "Power Flower". Using an auto-crafting machine that automatically makes HV Solar Arrays and another machine that automatically places the HV Solar Arrays, it becomes possible to fill crystal chests with UU-matter in a matter of hours, if your machine has been running long enough. The solution to this problem is tricky, as it may not be a problem or concern in some servers. The most elegant solution is to nerf, not UU-matter itself, not HV Solar Arrays, but Mass Fabricators. By increasing the amount of EU needed to make UU-matter, the time required for the exponential growth to pick up increases drastically. On servers where Quantum Armor is banned, I would suggest disabling UU-matter completely, instead of nerfing Mass Fabricators.
  17. sorry about the late report, should be up in the next 24 hours (Haven't had time to type it up, as i've ber super busy). The next report will be extra big to make up for the late thursday report this week. Edit: Report 2 is now up!
  18. For the person who wrote the Forge Ore dictionary to increase compatibility between mods, Eloraam sure doesn't like people making add-ons to her mod which increase compatibility.
  19. Didn't I already say that?
  20. You exceeded the two week time limit on acceptable Necromancy. The Council of Necromancers is displeased.
  21. Even in vanilla, EE is somewhat over powered, but it is useful. Whenever I do a large build on my test world, I always give myself a SWRG, a Mercurial Eye, and a Destruction Catalyst, simply because it makes it much easier to build, and SWRG flight still allows survival inventory access, while giving creative mode flying.
  22. While I think that this article is well written, warpspeed presents a valid point in saying that Minecraft economies do not work. But as for your presentation of the exponential growth possible from HV solars and UU-matter, I can only find one flaw. HV solars don't take that long to make as you get more and more solars. Let's call the length of time needed to craft an HV solar using an automatic UU- matter factory is X. The number of solar arrays is Y. Now let's say that if Y=1, X =1. Time elapsed is 1. Now you have Y=2, but X=1/2 now, as you are producing the same amount of UU-matter in half the time. Time elapsed is 1.5, and Y=3. You can see how this continues, with each solar array being produced faster than the previous one. Other than that, you're article is great. May I cite it as an information source in The GreenWolf Report on Industrial Craft 2?
  23. Which is what I tried to say. On it's own, as the only mod installed, it's quite balanced. But when used with other mods, it becomes vastly overpowered.
  24. Thanks! I don't know why I never thought of searching for a PDF printer driver. That will be really useful.
  25. That's what I do. I export it to open office, save as pdf from there, then move to dropbox, then email it to myself. As for Office on Windows, I don't know what version you're using, but the version I have on my PC doesn't have a print to PDF option. Edit: Oh crap, just realized I double posted. Sorry.
