i think you need a piece of gold pipe between the wooden and teleport pipe. Also place a Anchor next to the quarry so it stays loaded

mh maybe im missing something but it seam that this stuff is only for 1.3.1 (like the subble big red letter at the beginning state) but Tekkit runs on 1.2.5. So even if you get ModLoader to work it would still be incompatible due to Major Version diffrence.

i would go with DanielJins suggestion, because jacked wirse/cables dont have those red lines on the edge

Try using the Standard texture pack if that works then you should try to reinstall your other pack. I had a similar problem but for me they where just white i redownloaded/updated my texture pack and then it worked again.

With Redstone Tick i mean a single Pulse of Redstone Current (changing from off to on state) like the Timer or or Sequencer generates.

RP Machines are usually Powered by Redstone Ticks. Some of the advanched Machines also need Bluetricity. But the deplyoer,Transposer and Filter only need the Redstone Ticks. Also you should use the Autmatic Craftingtable mkII to work with the RP Tubes.

If thats not working you could try to fill a water basin with the RP Pump. (dont forget to top it off or it will overflow) The RP Pump can transfer infinet Watersource Block from a 3x3 Infinite Waterpool when you place the grate in the middel of that. That work for me when i made a Beach out of the Dessert next to my House.

Did you start a new Map or did you upgrade from an older Version? I had the same Problem after upgradeing from 3.0.4 to 3.1.1 that the World just Cuts off and starts generation Ocean. But after some hundred blocks the World looked normal again.

I also could be a chunk loading problem. In Single Player your View Distance is determing the chunks that Scratch that SMP Forum durr. The Standard Config for Server are 10 Chunks around each Player. I probably goes full speed until it hits a chunk that isnt loaded and then stops. Your could add a Anchor Cart to your MFE cart by right clicking the two with your crowbar.
