  1. Don't worry that is normal for the Version 3.1.x Unless something is not working
  2. you could use hollow blocks and jacked wire(The can be placed in the hollow blocks) from RP2
  3. mh that shouldn't be a problem because machines, probably luminators too, connect through the concrete.
  4. mh that looks good. But still try to make an EU-reader and check the EU going through the cables at the problematic areas. I think there are not EU/t to make them work because you have the right package size.
  5. yeah thats the same what i had before. Here a quick video of my set up maybe it will help you.
  6. mh maybe the energy upkeep is high enough to keep them running. After the MV transformert at the bottom of the screen is a MFE with bypass. beyond that is a mass fabricator which is offline an another mfe and an lv transformer which goes into my canning machine. the MFE output powers 2 rotario macerators at full speed, 2 induction furnaces at full speed and 2 energie links. i think that the energy links suck enough Eu to keep some of them running.
  7. wrong wrench maybe? you need the one made out of bronze to turn IC2 stuff. the one which the stone gear it for buildcraft
  8. ok here is the screen shot of my setup. As you can, hopefully, see. the top cables are colored so they dont connect. and also that the cable bypasses the mfsu. Currently all storage devices are full and only the first row of generators are running.
  9. ok i hope i remember to post a screenshot of my set up. For now in text GG RG GG RG GG GG RG GG RG GG GG RG GG RG GG G G MG G G ===||=== || GG= Geotherm with Green Cable on top RG= Geotherm with Red Cable on top G= Geotherm with uncolored Cable MG= Geotherm with MFSU ontop = & || uncolored cable So i pretty much short circuited my MFSU and all the other energy storage devices further down the line, maybe that was what helped my case. And make sure you have a MV-LV-Transformator down the line
  10. mh. i had a similar set up with an mfsu and 5x5 geotherm. You can reduce it a bit by painting/coloring the cables so that there are at few intersections as possible, that work for me at least.
  11. You can use sand on it to instand harden it. And that looks awesome, didnt have time to fully explore it though.
  12. mh yeah not bad. but you should use red alloy wire and jacked wire to connect to the redstone tube that looks better an then redstone dust and can be placed on wall and such.
  13. I have it like this. R M W R F R= Relay M= Macerator W= Wooden Pie F= Furnace As long as you dont have more then 9 diffrend type/stacks it working OK without spilling stuff everwhere.
  14. well but what you could do is using a computer and write down your stuff there.
  15. i think those where add in 1.3.1 and tekkit is running on 1.2.5. I think you can figure out the rest.
  16. Simon & Luwis are always good for a laugh or a /facepalm moment but you dont learn tekkit that way. Duncan is a bit better he shows stuff and how you use it. The first part of Tekkit with Duncan is some Tekkit 2 version after the horrible disaster that happend they swiched to tekkit 3.0.3 i think Yeah they are the real tekkit pros in the yogscast team. Im just waiting for the day they hack the geothermal generator so it can run on spider poo. Another good channel is FunkMasterBlast. He is using an older Version of tekkit but still helped me out alot.
  17. mh. that solution is so simple i would have never though of it Thanks alot
  18. Its working ok when the cables are touching a block, then you can spray the foam "onto" the block behind it. But is there an easy way to cover "floating" cables (So not touching a block) with CF or do i have to spray that stuff everywhere and hope it covers it?
  19. mh. no worry guys. with 2 min of googling you could have found out that this is not a tekkit problem but a minecraft server problem. and the authentication isnt working right know. If you are the server admin and still want players to join red this http://www.minecraftserverhost.net/secure/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=14 Edit: Scrap evil beat me to it :(
  20. mh. the stuff with the deployed putting the lava into the tank isnt working. It fills empty buckets with lava, water, oil hell even milk but it doesnt empty them out. even though the red power says:
  21. well you can try. but the thread you posted states that you have to use the lastest dev build of world edit for worledit cui to work
  22. mh that looks awesome. just one question how do you get the excess amount of fuel out of the system without breaking it?
  23. mh need to try this at home but it should work when you pull the bucket out of the chest whit a transposer/filter and then through a tube into the deployer. To get the buckets out auf the deployer use a retriever connected to the tube and then tube it back into the chest or whereever you want to
  24. Yeah tekkit/technic still uses BC 2.somthing.somemore
  25. well not until tekkit get update to 1.3.1 which will not happen in the near future
