You need to be using the same mods as the server you are trying to connect you. Default setting is the recommended build (3.1.2) so the server is either dev build or an old build and you need to change your options accordingly. :)

Metrics sends info about your server to a huge database, such as what plugins you have. Shouldnt be the problem here Edit: to me it looks like your server isnt port forwarded

It doesnt really matter that much, i use multiverse 1.2.5 r4 but it would work if you used 1.3 or 1.0 or 1.2.5 r3 I always just use the latest 1.2.5 build :P

Bump. I also own a server and am interested in having it enabled in a PvP world and disabled in a Survival world. Have not been able to find any solutions for this :/

Is there any way to add SRV Lookup myself with a mod or any other way to do the same thing an srv record does? Its a pain that everyone has to type the port 25625 to join my server, and I cant find anything on google

Now what did you type to create the portal?

Interdiction torches, fences and normal torches, a wall and normal torches, or turn off creepers. Make sure the village is litup so they dont still spawn inside..

Can you tell me what chat tells you when you type /mv list, and what you typed when creating the portal? There are a couple things that could have caused this: 1. Typing the destination worlds name wrong 2. If destination world name has spaces in it such as World 1, you have to type 'world 1' with single quote marks.

Try deleting the permissions.yml file and restarting the server; it may have just generated it wrong. Edit: if youre saying that the server permissions.yml file is empty but not the one in the pex folder, that is normal, dont delete anything.

Under the permissions for you, the node is "permissions.*", not permission.* Also, that wont give you permission to op yourself. You need to add the node - '*' to give yourself all permissions; also i recommend just putting your username in ops.txt Make sure to restart the server after making these changes too
