NameNotAvailable I hope the overhauls have fixed the issues you have been experiencing lately. An as for the downtime today, that was my bad as well as logblocks. It is not meeting the expectations I had for it and is actually working WORSE then the other two rollback plugins we have tried. Anyways it didn't shutdown properly earlier and froze up during out routine server restarts we have from time to time, and I didnt stay on to make sure the server restarted properly, THUS my bad. Swatchdog has currently updated an I am replacing LB again with Watchdog, aside from a few errors here an there watchdog has been the best roll back system we have used an hopefully with the new update it will even fix the errors again sorry about the down time today and as always I am continuing to strive to make parsonage a better place to enjoy your tekkit experience.

if you want a server to run smoothly i wouldnt recomend a minecraft server host id recomend getting a vps an do all the files yourself.

try clearing ur cache

try this in your search bar in the start menu type %appdata% there will be a folder that opens, in this directory there is a folder called .techniclauncher delete that folder then run the technic launcher again

ok ya ur goofed a bit. now im sure penorzilla is going to hunt me down on this post an say im wrong saying that java isnt always installed in the same place an some other useless crap, but anyways try changing your bat file to read the following SET BINDIR=%~dp0 CD /D "%BINDIR%" "%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xmx2G -Xms2G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalPacing -XX:ParallelGCThreads=2 -XX:+AggressiveOpts -jar Tekkit.jar

if the rest of them are not working its not java that is ur problem. try clearing your cache by opening your launcher hit options and hit clear cache. the launcher does the rest of the work for you

nope. with the way that the ic2 items work their is no way to give a charged anything with give commands, you could have 2 or 3 mfsu's hooked into a charging bench mk3 with oc's and energy storage upgrades. ;)

I swear some people just want to see the world burn. @penorzilla your banking on the fact that programs always run properly. like i said in the last post you tried to look like a smart ass in, environmental variables DONT always set NO MATTER how many times you install the freaking program. so just because he/she reinstalls java does not mean calling java in their .bat file will work. even if they set them manualy, some machines do not like changing their variables. sigh

cscoop as i wrote on your wall sometimes the config files just get messed up change ur 241 in the enderchest.cfg file to 178

first those multiple cases are usually when a person knows enough to place java in another directory and if they know that much they would know how to change the directory in their .bat "%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" is for the user that does not. and as for the system variables being recognized some computers with their setups just don't want to do it. I have seen multiple instances where no matter how many times a person tries to install java there environmental variables would not set for java. even if they set them manually. so rather then go through the pain of explaining to someone on how to set their environmental variables its SO MUCH simpler just to explain to them how to call it manually. especially when you see a post like this time and time again. And as far as diffrences with update 4 and update 5 ya their is not any diffrences with minecraft but it doesnt mean that it does not affect the rest of the system. when a developer puts out an update their is usualy a reason for the update.....

also a recent update has removed all of the tekkit mods so open your technic launcher hit options an hit clear cache.

also a note onto what spoony said make sure that just because your machine has that much ram ur not trying to give it all to the tekkit server the machine needs ram itself to run properly

it looks like from what i can tell multicraft is reaching its limit of how much its letting you do in a second host's set things like this to keep their servers from being overloaded. unfortunatly sometimes its a major pain in the ass because it hurts other things. websites due this to like spoony said you gotta talk to your host about this. multicraft is a nice idea an all and it makes it easier for the server hosts but its a PAIN for people trying to setup their servers.

hes already got it running he posted a new topic for every stage of it hes at lol also u dont need the sdk the jre will do the trick just fine now that jre is 7 when sdk was 7 an jre was 6 thats when you had a problem. but now their both 7 an either work

odds are if its closing like that its not recognizing java or you dont have java on your machine. first uninstall all versions of java installed on your machine. second install a fresh copy of java 7 update 5 64 bit if you have a 64 bit machine of course. try the exe again ;)

rather then giving the x27535.?* which btw im not sure what that item exactly is because nei has no results for it. but y not try instead using the actual id of it rather then the name ex. instead of x251:5 try 251:5 never really used this part of perms so not entirely sure but just trying to help :P

instead of worrying about if your system variable is set for java just call it manually "%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" also im not sure what those guys were giving you links to java 7 update 4 which is fine an all but if ur like me always after the newest java is at update 5 so best to get it from java.com

simple fix actualy been seeing this alot the past few days. open your launcher hit options and hit clear cache. somehow it was broken in a recent update an u just need to re-download so like i said hit clear cache an thats all u gotta do the launcher does the rest of the work
