Description of Problem:

When i put the alchemy bag inside of itself it is impossible to get out until i craft a new one

known bug with EE. don't do it!

edit: not even a bug, this is straight from the EE wiki.

Never, ever open a bag, put the bag that you used to open it in the GUI, then close it. This will result in having to craft another bag of the same colour just to get it out.

I don't use EE in any of my servers, but I wonder if the Ender Pouch works the same way...

Yes and no. The enderpouch is paired with an enderchest, so if you put the pouch into itself you have really just put the pouch into the chest. To retrieve your enderpouch you just have to visit the paired chest.
