Custom Modpack wont launch??

Hi, my modpack won't launch. Everything seems to load and then the launcher closes then reopens. Everything seems right to me?? Here is the modpack: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/142420865/Craftified.zip

• The file /bin/fml-1.7.10-7.10.84.997-universal.jar does not belong and should be removed.
• Forge for MC >= 1.6 does not use a /coremods/ folder in any way. All mods belong in or below the /mods/ folder.
• Your AM2 and Waila mods look like they have been obtained from illegitimate sources. Always download the mods directly from the authors.
• Thaumcraft is very out of date.
• NEI should be updated to the latest version.
