Sudden Cross-Platform Lag

Hello,

I have been experiencing strange lag recently across all platforms of Minecraft. Including: Technic, At-Launcher, and the Vanilla Launcher. I have scoured all forums and have found no threads that helped me. Paused I was getting 50-70 FPS and playing it drops down to a steady 1 FPS for up too 1 hour. Here are my Specs on my computer: 

Processor: AMD-A4-5000 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.50 GHz

RAM: 4gb

System Type: 64-bit Operating System

Java: Java 8-64 bit.

Is your AV program scanning, or some other process sucking up resources? Open up Task Manager and see next time it lags.

No my anti-virus was not running and the only thing being used up much is memory and its only like 60%. Would you like me to upload a screenshot of the task manager? Sorry for the late reply.
