What would be a fair rate to charge for usage per EU/T for a tekkit power company?

Some of my friends and I have decided to get on servers, get big, and start power companies. People on several servers have responded positively to the idea, but the question is this, in terms of DM RM and Diamond blocks, or if you have a better currency, what is fair to charge?

How do you actually measure power consumption? (Do you measure EU/t, or measure total EU used over a period of time - like a residential power/kWH meter?)

This is of interest to me because we want to do the same thing on our server. :)

I would go for charging for power consumption over a period of time, and the currency would be something in the course of aeternalis/RM/DM.

I believe IC2 has a block that's like the trade-o-mat, but only with energy. You can set the prices, but I think it only charges batteries.

If only there was a block like that that monitored current... Probably easily moddable.

I created a lapotron delivery system to MFSUs. Then you could just use an item counter to collect usage.
