it happens quite often I find.. dont know why though.. the server and client files are basically hosted by the users...

the launcher also gets offline quite quickly if you search for a couple of modpacks

anyone know what is happening ?

EDIT:

sometimes, actually very often the server is down just for me so I cleared my browser cache and its working
