Slow download speeds.

I am not sure whats up with the technic launcher. no matter what  pack i download it goes at a  insanely slow speed. i have the technic launcher enabled in my firewall.  its weird because out of atlauncher and ftb launcher i have no speed issues when downloading packs what so ever its only with technic. not to mention i just literly reformated my computer 2 days ago

There are two main thing in this situation: the download source and the destination.

Source:

• what modpack? custom or official?
• where is it hosted? technic servers? copy.com? dropbox?

Destination:

• is your HDD ok? Any bad sectors?
• is your HDD full?

After answering all those questions the source of the problem will surface.

he is its not working to install techniclauncher it stays on 17% of download and then it stopt

i have a other problem my techniclauncher doenst download and it is literally stopping on 17%
