Modpack creating new files

Hello there! I was wondering if anyone could help me with my modpack, every time i upload it everything goes fine, but when i download it to my launcher it creates unwanted files, as in it creates 3 modpack files inside of each other and removes my mods and config from the last one, which makes it load up as vanilla minecraft. Anyone know why?
