My tekkit frames are below 1 fps!

So I used to play tekkit on my old computer, however I bought a new computer with windows 10 cause it was time to upgrade. I decided to download tekkit cause I'm offline a lot of the time and this is my favorite game. When I finished downloading the launcher and installing tekkit, I thought it was frozen, however it was just moving really slow, so I did everything I could think of to speed it up but nothing has worked. I took a video but I cant upload it cause it took over 5 min to go through the settings and lower them all to the lowest.

System properties:

its a hp envy 15 t touch laptop (I believe)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU 2.50GHz

RAM: 8.00 GB

System Type: 64-bit

OS: Windows 10 Home

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600

Java: Version 8 Update 51

 

I believe this is all the information that is needed, but if not, I will check back frequently for any requests.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

(From what I have read online, it COULD (not sure) be the graphics, but I don't know about that)
