Error downloading a file

I made a custom modpack with a few mods, but whenever I try to download it, there is always an error. I also followed PlowManPlow's other posts on things like this, but none of the suggestions worked. I know there are a lot of these posts everywhere, but like I said, none of the other solutions actually fixed the problem.

I get an error on both those files, are they even set to be public?

Sorry I haven't responded, bochen415, the computer that I have the pack's files on has decided to not use the internet and not show any possible connections. Okay, no, I don't think I set it to public. How do you do that?

Again, sorry for being so late, I had a big event. That is dropbox. I use Copy.com because its easy to use, it gives you a ton of storage for free, and its link doesn't expire unless you delete the file.

I'm sorry but copy.com links for zip modpack files are doing some strange stuff at the moment and you will get a platform error when you try that.
