The Merchant of Menace Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 It's generally just handed out to people who are juuuust good enough to not get banned, if you're Kellered, you're basically treading a very fine line, mess up again, and you're out. But you can be redeemed.

Breaking a low-grade rule like signing your post once won't get you a kellering. Breaking a rule like discussing piracy once will definitely get you keller'd, and may get you outright banned.
