Electric Fences?

yes they can be made quite easily with the modualar force field mod.

Uninsulated wires can also work if I recall right.

Uninsulated wires work, but they bleed a lot of power. It would be interesting if someone felt like adding something that wouldn't burn so much EU to wire losses.
