Server not starting because of running out of memory!

So I recently installed Blightfall and I tried to start a server. I ran Blightful.jar and it would run and almost finish, but then cut off because the memory went to 0%. Is there a fix for this, because I have tried going into the server file in word and allowing more gigabits of  ram through and it didn't seem to help.
