Mafrans Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 So, I created a modpack called TheBananaPack and put in some cool mods and stuff, but when I launch the mod through the launcher its just vanilla minecraft. Can someone tell me what I did wrong? Heres the link I used for the modpack: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zs926wfd0tblna0/modpack.zip?dl=1 And heres the link to the modpack: http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/thebananapack Huge thanks, -Mafrans Quote
Moderators AetherPirate Posted September 1, 2015 Moderators Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) Your bin folder needs the forge universal jar named as modpack.jar. Get the 1.7.10 forge, and name it that. Also, in your mods folder, get rid of the (1) on the end of the lucky blocks jar. Nothing should be in coremods, 1.7.10 doesn't use that folder at all. Move the contents into the mods folder. Remove the __MACOSX folder, it contains a duplicate of most everything, and isn't needed. Your telepads mod is for 1.6.4, find the 1.7.10 version, if there is one. Be sure to increment your version number after uploading fixes. Edited September 1, 2015 by AetherPirate Quote
Mafrans Posted September 1, 2015 Author Posted September 1, 2015 I changed the forge universal jar to modpack.jar and got rid of (1) and coremods, I didnt find any folder named "_MACOSX" It still doesnt work :/ Quote
Moderators AetherPirate Posted September 1, 2015 Moderators Posted September 1, 2015 Perhaps it's a hidden folder and you can't see it. Did you remove or update telepads? Quote
Mafrans Posted September 1, 2015 Author Posted September 1, 2015 I removed telepads, there was only a 1.6.4 and a 1.8 version, no 1.7.10 version. also how can I remove _MACOSX if I cant see it (Im currently on a mac) Quote
