Launcher not Launching Minecraft

After Minecraft crashes, I will attempt to restart a mod pack, any mod pack, the launcher will close, and then minecraft would NORMALLY start, unfortunately, it does not and Technic re-opens. This only is fixed when i restart my computer, but then the minecraft crashes again for some reason (unrelated), and then a vicious, vicious, cycle is born. Thanks for the help!
