Attack of the B Team Server kicking players

Attack of the B Team server.  Upon traveling away from base, players get kicked.  We can only bring back in by removing player files and they are then re-entering at spawn.  Problem.  Everything is gone they had on their person. Armor, tools, items collected when exploring.  The server crashes, everyone is kicked.  All can get back in except those who had been exploring.   The explores we have to remove and they re enter with mothering.  The only thing different is we allowed villages to spawn in all Biomes.
