IC2 electric wrench lossless mode wont enable

Anyone else try to enable loss-less mode on the electric wrench?  I've tried it a couple times but it just acts like its ignoring the wrench in my hand and access the UI of the machine I'm trying to remove. I've tried to rebind the keys but you are suppose to hold the key down while right clicking and it doesn't seem to work. Is this a bug?
