CaN RedPower pump do this?

I plan to make quite big lava storage, namely 9x9for floor space and 100+ blocks high

now what I want is ability to fill lava source block into each possible block space within storage,

can RedPower pump do this?

Namely more what I want to know is if pump can fill it all way from up without need of interact before reservoir is filled.

The redpower pump pumps resource blocks into a custom tank. So yeah, but make sure to close off the whole tank, otherwise you'll be screwed if you play with lava like this.

To be more specific: Redpower2 pumps will fill an un-enclosed tank full of the liquid, and then overflow the top. This is amusing with water, but a very serious problem with lava.
