IC2 UU matter crafting causes client crash in 1.0.10

When crafting tin ore or copper ore using UU matter, the client disconnects with a crash.

When opening a scrapbox, copper ore and tin ore blocks are never generated, only dusts.

(This is because IC2 ores are disabled in worldgen)
