Way to Reverse the Build of the Quarry?

My quarry has finally reached the bottom of the world. So, I went and moved it to a new location, despite that, the quarries frame was still there. Leaving me no choice but to remove it manually. Is there anyway to remove the frame with the quarry, or do I just have to do it manually?

Yeah, you can use fillers to remove them I think, but I've never used fillers myself.

I am pretty sure manually, But if you can't be stuffed mining out the frame, You can't be stuffed working to get auto-destorying the quarry! ಠ_ಠ

But, don't fillers leave a frame around the zone they worked into? And then, you must have another filler remove those new frames, and the new frames gotta be removed by yet another filler, and it goes on, and on, and on...
