theprolo
It was removed because the guy who made the mod it was in, forestry, decided he didn't like Tekkit. What we DO have is the energy link, which will do the same thing.
Stevolution
Although beware, the energy link is appallingly inefficient... try to run more than one machine off it.
theprolo
I think they might've removed the inefficiency by now. Not sure though.
gavjenks
Although beware, the energy link is appallingly inefficient... try to run more than one machine off it. I don't remember which is which, but between the energy link and the engine generator, one of them is 100% efficient, and the other is 90% efficient. Neither of those are what I would call "appalling." Those numbers are several times better than what is theoretically even possible in real life, in fact. Omicron
If you play singleplayer, install this: http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=5789 And you'll have no one, not two, but four electrical engines to choose from. If you run a server, it's more complicated. If you play on a server you don't run, it's probably impossible unless you're best buddies with the admin. theprolo
You could actually reinstall forestry, it's still compatible.
