How do you play tekkit/technic without access to minecraft.net?

My school blocks access to minecraft.net and was wonder how do I activate offline mode on the technic launcher.

With respect, YOU DON'T. You pay attention to the instructor, your assignments, or your reading. Education comes before play every time.

Side note: I think it is safe to assume that the OP is still in secondary / high school or younger as I do not know of any college or university (have friends at several) that restrict access to their internet users.
