When recording a Let's Play, is it better to use SSP or SMP?

Let's say that the quality of recording is equal for either. Is it better to play in SSP, or is it better to setup a local server and do single player SMP?

True. I'm wanting to keep my options as open as possible so I have the freedom to do multiple things.

If you plan on playing with friends, obviously you want tekkit smp. If you plan on playing alone, technic ssp will give you more mods.

This is a great idea actually... You could even invite a few fans on every once in awhile (keep back ups)

Also might depend on the power of your machine. I'm creating a multiplayer adventure map and decided to record video of me doing so, because I want to get into this whole youtubes things, and whoa, definitely didn't make for a good experience running a local server, client and recording program all on the same machine.
