Hotelmariofan Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 When playing Tekkit, many times my game will crash when doing certain things. For example, hitting the "R" key on any of the items in the NEI sidebar crashes my game. It doesn't do it every time, but enough to be noticeable. Also, this happens more randomly, but my game will crash for no particular reason after about 30-60 minutes of play. I always get some error log of some kind on my desktop after the crash named something along the lines of "hs_err_pid####.log" Just in case any of you understand what this may mean, here's an example of what one of the many of these files that I have accumulated over the last few days, says. http://pastebin.com/625tJwKb I'm running Win7 64bit 16GB RAM 2GB Video RAM 3570K CPU If you have any other questions, feel free to ask, I'd really like this resolved, thanks!
Omicron Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Uninstall both Tekkit and your Java, and then reinstall Java and let the Technic launcher redownload everything. See if that fixes it. If not: are you overclocking anything?
Hotelmariofan Posted November 8, 2012 Author Posted November 8, 2012 Alright I'll try all of that this evening, and no, I haven't overclocked anything(yet).
Hotelmariofan Posted November 8, 2012 Author Posted November 8, 2012 Alright, I deleted tekkit and all of the files, uninstalled java, re-installed it all, and again, after about 30 minutes of gameplay it crashed.

BlueBird173 Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I'm having the same problem, BUT maybe if your system is 64 BIT, (sorry I skimmed through read what caught my eye) then try installing BOTH versions of JRE (Java Runtime Environment) the that might fix it, I haven't done it, but im pretty positive it MAY work, I myself have a 64 bit system, so it may work
