help Launcher.exe don't run

Hy! I'm french and I'm sorry for my bad english, but i need help. So, a have a new computeur and i want to download technic but when I double-clic on the laucher.exe, they don't run and they don't propose me to instal... what should I do? ty

1. Find the launcher.exe

2. RIGHT click the .exe

3. Run as Administrator.

This should work, if it doesn't, please reply.

Hy^^ I'm french and i have this problem too. The launcher.exe don't want to run. I have run as administrator but there are nothing too.
