Can't unzip file doesn't exist

So I'm trying to make a modpack and apparently I'm not the only one who's had this problem.  But I've searched all the forums I can and my modpack still won't install.  I go to the technic launcher to install my modpack and it says "cannot unzip file doesn't exist" or something like that.  What can I do to fix it?  I have the correct forge, all my mods are installed correctly, I tested them out on minecraft, why won't it install?

That's what happens if you try to open the api link for the launcher in your webbrowser. Aka, that does not work.

Weird. It's working now, and opening the api link in a browser used to work.
