There should already be one of each there when you download the server files. Could you clarify what you mean by "make the launcher for the server"? The launcher for the server is the same as for Technic. Once you set up the server, all you need to do is go into the launcher and start Tekkit. Clearly OP cares little or would say more than a single shitty sentence. So at this point no one can help unless the OP really wants to say more. Bringing up piracy would (assumedly) get him talking and quick, or just be playful banter in a shitty thread like this. In any case this whole thread started shitty by the OP.
