Disable Right Click

I did a few searched on this both Google and this forum, but unfortunately I have come up short. I did find this but before I add the patches, what I am really wanting to do is disable the "right click function" of certain tools altogether.

I cannot find where to do this at. I am using tekkit classic 1.2.5 ee2. I have looked in the config files with no luck and even in the mod directory but again could not find anywhere to change this.

I would also like to change some of the EMC values on some items and I am sure this is the same functionality.

 

I have seen other servers have this ability so I know it can be done. I just need to know where the files are located.

I am trying to disable right click only, I have tekkitrestrict  and I set up right click on teh banned.yml > bannedInteracts

 

BannedInteracts:
- 27573:1 right #Red Morning Star

However, it disables completely from both left and right click. No one but OP can use the tool at all. Is there another permission I need to add somwhere?

I also tried TekkitCustomizer but it either completely disables or full usage of the tools, not sure how to eliminate just a specific right click of a tool.

For your question on changing EMC values, IIRC there is a config folder that allows you to edit this, if not a simple google search would probably yield you with a mod that would allow you to customize these values.

I am able to charge no problem using the  EMC values. What I am having an issue with is the Right/Left click in the banned config. When set  to:

 

BannedInteracts:
- 27573:1 right #Red Morning Star
- 27565:1 right #Red Matter Shovel

I get Sorry, but no clicking with this item is allowed (both right and left clicking)

The only way I am able to get this to work is to use the EMC values section setting charge to 0%. I want to be able to charge items to 100% but have right click disabled.

Oh, sorry I see what you mean about EMC, that was my original post (misunderstood) thanks for reply.
