Refinery from Immersive Engineering wont accept fluids throught fluid ports.

Hello, I made a refinery from Immersive engineering and it wont accept fluids throught the fluid ports, I tried conduits from Ender IO, fluid transfer nodes from extra utils2 and fluid tank from ender IO attaching directly to the fluid port and nothing works. When I put a bucket with ethanol in the refinery it works, but not throught the fluid ports. I have Immersive engineering 010-42 on MC 1.10.2. Thanks for all responses.
