Can't Launch PixelSpark

Whenever I try to open any modpack, including original technique modpacks, it begins installing the assets. Then the launcher closes and immediately reopens to the same page again, though the assets bad has disappeared. How can I fix this? I saw a similar post to this from 2015 and "Munaus" managed to answer the question. Thanks!

No I have not, however I saw that you looked at the logs of the person who had the same problem as mine.

 

It's not only PixelSpark that won't load, it's every mod, even Vanilla!

Pixel format error. The point is, its MC1.10, so you'll have to update your Intel Graphics drivers. Simply downgrading your java8u60 supposedly no longer works.

No, you have Windows 10. Please just head over to the Technic Discord server, and ask again in #tech-help; After reading the rules in #rules that is.
