64 java not working

I was getting the Low memory error while playing and i got 64 bit java and when i open the game i get really bad FPS completely unplayable weather i am in the menu or the game. i don't know what the problem is ive googled it and everything says reinstall or restart game nothing has worked. my PC specs just in case the affect anything, GeForce GTX 850M, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4712HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz 11.92 GB RAM

You said you were using 64bit java now. How much RAM are you allocating now?

Well no matter how much I use it lags like that, I have 16gbs of ram if I use any amount it won't work (11 is the max it lets me go)
