server/launcher issure

i updated my launcher to 0.5.4.9.

after this i attempted to connect to my server

i get in and then get this message

You are missing the following mods:

mod_forestry 1.2.6.4

mod_IC2 V1.70

mod_RailcraftFactory 3.3.1

(more Railcraft ones followed by some buildcraft ones)

i do not know what to do or how to ive tried finding out how myself but i think im just making it worse

Getting lost in the forums, and not knowing what stickies are? You shouldn't be on the board then if you can't navigate these treacherous waters!

Jesus christ. If you can't figure out a forum, I don't even know where to begin helping you with Tekkit or the Technic launcher itself.

But clearly, your client isn't meeting the requirements for the server you're trying to connect to.
