Unable to load Technic Launcher due to folders not existing?

So I just installed technic launcher and tried launching it after I finish installing Java (not minecraft), and this strange console thing keeps poping up.

I have no idea what to do, any help on what I could do to solve this? (I alright tried installing and reinstalling)
