Tekkit EE weapons bypasses factions and worldguard protections

Hello again,

My server is focused on pvp and we use factions and world guard to protect the spawn. The problem is the red matter weapons ignore the savezone areas and the kids destroy spawn in seconds.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Does anyone have a resolution?

Is it possible to add red matter to worldguard area protect list?

you may be able to fix this if you block the fake user EE uses from destroying blocks in that area. I don't know the exact name of this user, it may be [EquivalentExchange] but don't quote me on it.

I don't use either of those plugins but I would assume you could setup the permissions such that that user doesn't have permission to break blocks.
