Deuterium in voltz 1.1.3

Hi I've recently updated my voltz modpack to 1.1.3, and decided to build a fusion reactor however I have been thus far unable to create deuterium cells because the deuterium extractor has been replaced with the chemical extractor. Can some one please shed some light on how deuterium is obtained in 1.1.3 please and thank you.

For those who are still confused, you pump water into the chemical extractor, and place empty cells in the left-hand slot. As long as the chemical extractor has power, the empty cells will process into deuterium and water will be consumed.
