Allow me to point out a few things

1. The devs have repeatedly ignored these topics

2. The files for Technic are still available on the github and using solder you could copy paste those files to any webserver and be 90% of the way to remaking Technic

3. Spelling and Grammar nazis are going to have a field day on your post

4. You should go read the rules

5. Everyone will be happy? I think not, there will always be people that are unhappy with something or other (Realist Statement)

Deat Forum, if Technic could also add Flammarilva Dino mod, why becaus I like it and everybody miss it. Please update it so more of those who like dino's and miss it will be happy :)
