Electric Bow firing mode

It's supposed to be shift+right click to change but that didn't work for me, so I tried changing a few controls around and no luck. Any ideas if the default key combo is something else?

Maybe he means the railgun or the plasma cannon on the Power Glove? In that case, you shift + scroll wheel to change modes on it.
