Hexxit Mirror Download

Does anyone have a mirror download for manual installation? I cant normally install hexxit cause of the insane lag it causes to my computer.

I think if you lag significantly while just installing the modpack that you might not have a computer capable of playing it.

No I do, I usually play FTB Ultimate and it doesnt lag, the download is what makes me lag

Frankly I don't see how just downloading something can make your computer take longer to do things. Unless you're using "lag" to mean "the download sure is taking awhile", in which case you're using the wrong word

No I mean lag, it DOES download it but it lags while im downloading,

and Im just asking for a mirror download not tech support

There is no mirror, and unless you can perfectly mimic the launcher's cache files to fool it into thinking it downloaded everything then no luck

Considering how the launcher unpacks each file after it finishes downloading it I'd try modifying your launcher settings (Enable perm gen and up RAM etc) as that is likely the cause of the lag, the unpacking

There's no mirror download, but the download's not the problem, it's unpacking the zips, so it wouldn't do you a lot of good.
