Beginners Tekkit Guide for Minecraft

I've come across the above guide here:

Is it for Tekkit (1.5.1) or Classic?

It says it was published on 4th July 2013 but it lists such things as "macerator" and "RE battery" the latter of which I'm sure is on Tekkit Classic only. Still, it could be for all the Tekkit versions (Classic, Lite and Tekkit/Technic) but I'm not sure. It's only £1.92 but I don't want to buy then read it if it turns out it's only useful for a version which I don't even play!

Any information would be appreciated.

It could be any version that has IC2 and BC. It's not properly stated in there.

Also, that's pretty much a ripoff, because there are free tutorials on YouTube and on the wiki's. So because it's not properly stated for which version it is and that it costs money, I would suggest not to buy it.
