Generalcamo Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 First off, you double posted this topic. But let's ignore that. Second off, this isn't even the Hexxit bug forum, this is the discussion forum. The correct forum is literally stickied at the top of this forum. (http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/there-is-now-a-hexxit-bug-section.49314/) And third off: You didn't give a single bit of useful information. Operating system, Hexxit version, Technic Launcher version. Do you expect us to read your mind?

Sorry, I am quite annoyed, that a week ago Hexxit was working fine, I come back from being in Inverness for three days at a wedding, and Bam, it hates me. I posted it here, as in the bug reports section, I do no have permission to post there.

senseizoom Posted August 5, 2013 Author Posted August 5, 2013 Seems like my whole thing is now screwed up.
weirleader Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 have you tried backing up your world then deleting the .technic/hexxit folder?
senseizoom Posted August 5, 2013 Author Posted August 5, 2013 It's not a world I am worried about, my friend is recoriding a let's play and wants me to join, but becuase of this problem. I have screwed up his Let's Play.
weirleader Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 so you're playing on his server? then just delete that folder and see if it helps. unless you're saying that you're hosting a server for him. I just don't understand what your setup is.
senseizoom Posted September 2, 2013 Author Posted September 2, 2013 No, what I mean is, that I can't even JOIN, as it will not even open.
weirleader Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 okay -- and did you try deleting the .technic/hexxit folder and then running Hexxit?
senseizoom Posted September 13, 2013 Author Posted September 13, 2013 okay -- and did you try deleting the .technic/hexxit folder and then running Hexxit? Yeah same thing.
Thoran Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 If you have 2GB or more of RAM and a 64bit CPU make sure you have the latest 64bit Java installed. Make sure to also give Hexxit the propper RAM and have PermGen turned on, details on that here: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/technical-problems-we-can-fix-that.50935/
WWIIGuy Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 okay -- and did you try deleting the .technic/hexxit folder and then running Hexxit? I've been having those same problems too. How do you delete that folder? I can't find it.
